Farmers Pick advises customers to log into their portal to update personal information like password, email, and phone number. Password changes follow a reset process detailed in their guide. Phone numbers can be updated via Edit Shipping Information. Some aspects will require you to reach out to their customer experience team, this includes for assistance with updating your name, email, or shipping address.
Keeping your personal information up to date is important for a smooth experience with Farmers Pick. Here’s how you can make changes:

Log into the Portal: Start by logging into your customer portal, select the menu drop down and click on Profile.

Update details: Here you can update your name and contact number. To do so, click on the edit symbol in the information box. Then type in the new details and hit save changes.
⚡ Important Note: To update your Email or Shipping address you will need to reach out to our friendly customer experience team, at this time, these are currently unable to be updated via the customer portal.
