Changing your subscription frequency is easy! Follow these steps to adjust your delivery schedule:
- Log into the customer portal
- Click menu, then select delivery preferences
- Click edit next to delivery schedule
- Update your delivery frequency and select save changes

- Log into the Portal: Start by logging into your customer portal.
- Delivery Preferences: Click on “Menu”, the select “Delivery Preferences”

Delivery Schedule: Click on edit next to the delivery schedule box. This will allow you to update your frequency, next delivery date and delivery instructions.
- Select Changes: Here you can select your delivery frequency, Next delivery date and your delivery instructions.

Save Changes: Once finalised and everything is up to date make sure you click save changes.
⚡ Important Note: Please be aware that when updating your delivery details, this will update all future pending orders. If an order has already been processed you will need to contact our Customer Experience team.
💡 TIP: While we only offer weekly, fortnightly, or monthly deliveries, the ability to view your next 10 orders and skip deliveries means you can create your own three-weekly or bi-monthly cadence if you choose.
