Farmers Pick offers flexible delivery options for when you're not home, allowing drivers to leave your produce box in safe, pre-set places like the front or back doorstep, porch, back door, carport, or a custom spot. You can update delivery instructions via your customer portal under "My Delivery Preferences." Keep special instructions clear for drivers who see them only upon arrival.
At Farmers Pick, we completely understand that life can get busy, and you may not always be home to receive your delivery. That’s why we strive to make the process as smooth and flexible as possible for you!
Our friendly drivers are happy to leave your box in a safe place of your choosing. We’ve worked closely with our delivery team to select a few pre-set options based on the most common delivery instructions. This helps ensure that your produce arrives safely and securely while making it easier for our drivers.
Here are the options available:
- Front Doorstep
- Back Doorstep
- Back Porch
- Back Door
- Carport
- Other
If you have a specific spot in mind that isn’t covered by these options, you can certainly provide your own instructions! Just select “Other” and enter a description (remember, there’s a 100 character limit).
Fridge Box
While it’s not necessary to be home for delivery, we recommend that someone be available to bring the box inside to keep it at the right temperature.
Update your Delivery Instructions
Login: Login to your customer portal.
My Delivery Preferences: Click on your profile logo and select “My Delivery Preferences”.
Edit Preferences: Click on Edit Preferences and here you will be able to change your frequency, change your next delivery date and update your delivery instructions.
💡 HOT TIP: If you find yourself using the “Other” option, please keep your instructions simple and concise. Our drivers only see these instructions when they arrive at your location since their vans are pre-loaded with the day’s deliveries. This way, they can quickly understand your preferences and ensure your box is left exactly where you want it.
