For deliveries to apartment blocks, our dedicated drivers work hard to ensure that your box arrives safely and securely. They will do their best to follow any delivery instructions you provide, leaving your box in a designated spot, such as your building's lobby or delivery area.
Please keep in mind that the driver will assess whether they can deliver the box upstairs to your apartment unit based on our delivery partner's OH&S policies. To enhance your delivery experience, you’ll receive SMS tracking notifications. If you’re not home when the delivery occurs, the driver will take photos to show you exactly where they left your box. If you are home, you can grab your box right away as soon as it arrives!
