Farmers Pick allows customers to customize upcoming orders via their Customer Portal by adding items to their next box or subscription. Changes must be made before the payment renewal date, with a 7-day notice required to avoid waste and support farmers. Orders over $175 qualify for free shipping.
We understand how important it is to have control over your orders, so we’ve worked hard to ensure that this process is as smooth as the skin of a peach!
Follow these simple steps to customise your upcoming box:
- Log into the Farmers Pick Customer Portal: Start by logging into your customer portal.
- Here you can view your next delivery dates, including any processed boxes (please note you are unable to edit any boxes that have already been processed).
- Add To Your Upcoming Box: Scroll down until you see "Shop our product range"
- Click on the relevant item of interest to be taken to our Shop Extras page
- Search the relevant item you wish to add
- Click Add Once-off

Add to your subscription: if you wish to add the item to your weekly/fortnightly/monthly subscription you can click "Add to subscription"
- View Upcoming Order: Click View Upcoming Order to see the pantry items you’ve added, including the frequency of any subscription items. Once added to your cart these items will be added to your next scheduled billing renewal.
HOT TIP: All orders over $175 are entitled to free shipping, so feel free to stock up!
Important Note: Order Editing Deadlines
Once your payment is processed, your box is officially ordered, triggering a series of steps to ensure everything is fresh and ready for you. To minimise potential waste and help our farmers, we kindly request that you give us 7 days’ notice for any changes or to skip a delivery. This allows us to manage logistics efficiently and ensure you receive the freshest produce.
To make things simple, we’ve clearly marked your renewal date as the deadline for editing your box. Be sure to make any changes before this date to ensure you get exactly what you want!
