We completely understand the unique challenges of apartment living! There are a few things you can do to help your delivery reach you safely.
Add delivery instructions - help our delivery partner locate your apartment and access the building by including instructions.
Choose a delivery day when you are likely to be home, days are assigned based on your area, so type in your postcode and suburb and select the day that will work best for you.
Provide a safe place - Include clear instructions to allow the driver to leave your delivery in a safe place, it may also be beneficial to update the geo pin, which allows you to place a pin on the map and upload a photo of the best place to leave your delivery.
Please keep in mind that the driver will assess whether they can deliver the box upstairs to your apartment unit based on our delivery partner's OH&S policies. To enhance your delivery experience, you’ll receive SMS tracking notifications. If you’re not home when the delivery occurs, the driver will take photos to show you exactly where they left your box. If you are home, you can grab your box right away as soon as it arrives!
