To add a meat or produce box to your Farmers Pick subscription, log into your customer portal, select the desired box, choose size and type, then confirm and add it. Note you can only have one produce and one meat box per subscription, and must add a box before removing it. For assistance, contact the Customer Experience team.
If you are already subscribed and wish to add a meat/produce box to your subscription, please follow the steps below.
- Log into the Portal: Log into your customer portal and go to the Overview page.
- Add to Subscription: Find the meat or produce box you'd like to add and click "Add to Subscription".
- Select Size and Type: Choose the size and type that suits you, then click “Add to my subscription”.
- Confirm and Add: Read the review and once you are happy click on “Confirm and add”
⚡ Important Note: More than 1 box type
You can only have one produce box and one meat box per subscription at a time. If you wish to have multiple produce boxes.
If you wish to receive two produce boxes, you can do so by setting up an additional subscription. See the article How To Add Multiple Subscriptions Via The Portal? for a step by step guide on how to set this up
⚡ Important Note 2: Add before your remove
You must add a meat or produce box before you can remove it from your subscription.
