We want to ensure that all items retain their freshness. To do this we monitor every step of your delivery.
All orders are delivered in a refrigerated van, and all fridge boxes are insulated and include an ice gel brick.
We provide our customers with a tracking link allowing you to see a rough ETA of when your delivery will arrive. We recommend bringing your box inside and into the fridge as soon as possible to maintain the freshness of your order. In warmer months, it’s best to get your order into the fridge within 1 hour, and in cooler periods, you have a bit more time - up to 2 hours.
