To ensure you are kept up to date, our delivery partner will send you a tracking link via SMS so you can see when to expect your delivery.
Here's what you can expect as part of your delivery experience:
Tracking Link in Portal: Soon after your order has been processed, you will be able to access your tracking link via the customer portal at any time. Simply log into your account, and go to overview. Click on Track Order.
Tracking link via SMS: You’ll receive a SMS the night before your delivery (usually around 9pm), complete with a tracking link. The tracking link will be updated on the day once the run has started to provide you with a more accurate delivery window.
Delivery Notification: On the day of delivery, you’ll get another SMS approximately 5 minutes before the driver arrives.
Arrival Confirmation: Once your box has arrived, they’ll send you a final message that includes photos of the box and details about where it was left. This way, you can be sure everything has arrived safely if you can’t greet them at the door!
