No, the driver will not ring the doorbell or be able to call prior to delivery, instead they use SMS tracking notifications.
How this works:
You’ll receive a tracking link the night before your delivery (usually around 9pm)
Receive an alert when they are approximately 5 minutes out
A final SMS when your box has successfully been delivered which will include photos of the drop location.
This way, you’ll always be informed about the status of your order.
Please note that drivers can only see your delivery instructions upon arriving at your address, which means they cannot call ahead. However, with the SMS notifications, you can easily walk down to grab your box right away if you’re home!
