How to Add a Subscription
- Log into Your Customer Portal: Start by logging into your account, go to Overview.
- Switch: Then click on “Switch”
- Create Subscription: Click on "Create a new subscription"
- Build Your Box: You will then be directed to build your new box/subscription. Pop in your postcode and suburb, answer a few quick questions to receive a recommendation, review and confirm your subscription.

While we’ve included icons to help you differentiate between your subscriptions, it’s essential to be mindful if you have multiple subscriptions under the same name.
